About This Game The year is 2030. Business is as usual in the isolated research city of Rokumei–that is until several explosions suddenly go off in the nuclear research facility known as “LABO.” The city sends in “Sirius,” an elite rescue squad, to deal with the situation. But the situation only gets worse when LABO’s nuclear reactor melts down, sending the facility into lockdown–with members of Sirius and survivors still trapped inside. With lethal radiation leaking everywhere and not enough anti-radiation medication to last until lockdown lifts, the survivors make more and more grim discoveries. In their struggle for survival, in a deathtrap full of fire and radiation, they learn that doubt is their greatest enemy, and trust their greatest asset. The story of Root Double features two different protagonists: Watase Kasasagi, a rescue squad captain who has lost his memories in the hours after the incident, and Natsuhiko Tenkawa, a student piecing together the clues in the six days before. The only key to survival lies in the player’s hands with the Senses Sympathy System (SSS). Unlike traditional visual novels, Root Double does not have clear cut “choices,” but rather, the game uses SSS to allow the player to manipulate the story based purely upon emotion. Your emotions projected upon the characters, particularly your trust in them, shape the progression of the story. Only with effective use of this system and completion of both protagonists’ stories can the player piece together the truth and hope to discover a way out of the facility. a09c17d780 Title: Root Double -Before Crime * After Days- Xtend EditionGenre: AdventureDeveloper:Yeti, RegistaPublisher:Sekai ProjectRelease Date: 27 Apr, 2016 Free Download Root Double -Before Crime * After Days- Xtend Edition .rar root double before crime after days xtend edition review. root double before crime after days xtend edition walkthrough. root double before crime after days xtend edition Would recommend this VNUnlike other Vn's this actually has a deep story line going with it. The opening Route A grabs you as you are pushed in an environment where confusion reigns for both you and the protagonist. Slowly it shows you its hand that it is holding but always something else is out there that you just are dying to know. The plot twists and turns leaving you on the edge of your seat. Combine this with well fleshed out characters and you know will become invested. It is possible to compare this Vn to the first Resident Evil movie where you and the main character are thrust in an unknown enviroment. The game consists of 4 Routes A B C D where all Routes are amazing except for B. Route B has wayyy to many flashbacks that slows the thrilling rollercoaster almost to a complete stop.Dig through B and you find the end of B to be exciting and both C and D very rewarding. Also enjoyble are the sheer amount of different scenes, it never feels like it is reusing and reusing the same scenes.Excellent voice actors that actually read most of their lines opposed to start of on a 50 line inner monologue.Music works well here to build and keep tension high.I can recommend this Sci/fi VN to lovers of serious stories, free from "airhead" characters and conversation.. Root Double was originally written and directed by Takumi Nakazawa, a famous writer who also directed famous VNs such as Never7, Ever17, and Remember11; also known as the Infinity Series. If you are familiar of such works, then Root Double is an instant-recommendation for you. If not, then continue reading below.Root Double is a visual novel about two protagonists struggling to escape a closed facility and trying to solve the mystery that created such a situation. You get to choose to follow between two of the protagonist's perspective by two routes, and witness what the protagonist unveils in the course of the route. It is meant to be a suspenseful and mysterious VN, with a touch of slice-of-life that takes a large chunk of the prologue. Accept these facts and you'll enjoy the VN! It has A LOT of bad ends, and the choices to branch out routes are endless. I wouldn't be surprised if you hit a bad end in the first day that passed in the game.Enjoyment: 7.5/10Characters: 8.5/10Soundtrack: 8.5/10Personal visual novel score: 7.8/10https://vndb.org/u40815Known length of Visual Novel: Over 50 hours. One of the best visual novels I've ever read and played. If you stick through to the true ending they'll answer just about every question/plot-hole from the beginning, which seemed nigh impossible at first. Definitely worth the buy.. I had a bit of mixed feelings about this game. I found Route B to be super boring, but by the time I got to A it was really exciting! To me the mysteries in the game were more than worth playing through to figure out. Definitely worth full price because of how many hours you will spend playing! I bought it on sale though. The enneagram wasn't very intuitive but you get the hang of it after awhile. All in all a very good sci-fi mystery game that I'd go so far as to class with Steins;Gate.. First of all, if you're a fan of the Infinity series, you'll definitely be interested in this game. But even if you're not, if you're a fan of games with a lot of story and sci-fi, you'll enjoy it.Personally I found the story kind of dragged a lot of the time, but it was still good. A lot of the plot points are infuriatingly obvious, but you have to bear in mind that the characters don't see everything that you do.The Xtend episode felt like a complete waste of time to me, it was 90% repeated content that isn't flagged as read so you can't skip it without changing the settings. The rest of it was really centred around romantic subplots, which I can understand people enjoying but personally I wasn't interested.. It pains my heart to see negative reviews from people who couldn't make it through route B...(which means they've barely scratched the surface of the game)Unlike a lot of other VNs, the route B "slice-of-life" mundanity actually serves a purpose and plays an integral role in both character development as well as furthering the plot. Not going to elaborate for fear of spoilage, but all is not what it seems. When you see negative reviews with low hours complaining specifically about Route B being boring, it's an indication that the reviewer has a fundamental misunderstanding of what they're even experiencing, let alone how it ties into the overall plot.Epic in scope with great pacing and amazing twists/payoffs/mindwarps. Couldn't stop reading!. Root Double is an absolutely exceptional visual novel. It's an amazing mystery and thriller story. The characters are all great, distinct and their voiceovers are very well done. It explores lots of interesting themes and there is an amazing attention to detail in every regard. There is a lot of fictional (supernatural) science involved but every part of it is very well thought out and explained thoroughly which makes it very believable and plausible.I'm quite new to the world of visual novels. This is my fourth VN and so far I've read a couple of the best ones (Steins;Gate, Steins;Gate 0 and The Devil on G String) and I thought there were always some plot holes, inconsistencies or fairly unreasonable dei ex machina in all of them. But not in Root Double. The story is almost perfect and I don't think there are any unreasonable elements; everything has a reasonable explanation and subtle hints are present from the very beginning that can prod you to make theories about parts of this vast mystery before the truth is revealed.I have very few criticisms for Root Double. The story can drag a bit in some parts and suffers from overexposition, but I found the premise, characters and world engaging enough to enjoy those parts as well. Also, the choice system can be confusing and sometimes make the result of your choice the exact opposite of what you intended. It can take a lot of trial and error, time or the help of guides until you can reach the true ending. But it's so very worth it. I've enjoyed every moment spent playing Root Double immensely.
